Causes of pulley belt looseness:

2、 Heat expansion and cold contraction: Belts belong to rubber products. If the machine runs for a short time, the belt may become loose when the temperature rises. Check the treatment method and observe the temperature when the machine is running. If it is so low, stop the machine for about 10 minutes.
3、 Reasons for belt pulley: check the handling method. First, check whether the belt pulley is installed in place and whether the installed screws are tightened. When the screws are not tightened, the belt tension must not be within a normal range, which will lead to a lack of belt tension. Regularly check and clean the pulley keyway and mounting hole.
