The belt pulley just bought may not be installed immediately. Although the installation of the taper sleeve belt pulley is convenient and fast, some steps are still needed. The installation steps of the belt pulley are described above.
1. Check the pulley groove to ensure there is no damage or scar, and all dimensions meet the standard;
2. Clean the surface of all parts of the taper sleeve belt pulley, fit the taper sleeve into the belt pulley, and align all screw holes.
3. Apply oil on the equivalent mounting hole and hexagon screw and screw them into the mounting hole, but do not tighten them temporarily.
4. Clean the surface of the mechanical transmission shaft, push the belt pulley of the upper cone sleeve to the installation position on the transmission shaft, and check whether the V-belt pulley is aligned.
5. When installing the keyway, insert it into the hub first. There should be a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hub.
6. Use an international standard hex wrench to gradually tighten the hex screws on the mounting holes evenly.
7. After a short test run (0.5 to 1 hour), check the tightening torque of the bolt. If it is appropriate, tighten it again.
8. To prevent foreign matters from invading, fill the connecting hole of the hole with grease.
