1. Lubricating oil
It is very important to add a small amount of lubricant to the contact points of screw holes, disassembly holes, taper sleeves and shafts.
Since the belt sleeve and shaft will be tighter after the machine runs for a period of time, a metal wire metering device can be used. When the lubricant drops, gently tap the wheel body with a soft droop to make the lubricant enter the gap as far as possible.
In order to prevent the engagement between the tapered sleeve and the shaft from being too tight when removing the tapping, the friction is too large to fall off. Minimize the damage to the pulley and motor shaft caused by the tight surface of the pulley and shaft.
2、 Cotton cloth
When striking the wheel body, use some cotton cloth or soft sponge pad at the striking point. (Very important)
It can reduce the vibration generated in the tapping process and reduce the impact force on the body. It prevents wheel surface damage.
This need not be explained too much. The European standard pulley is produced in strict accordance with European standards. The combination of pulley technology and national standards is a major improvement. The national standard wheel cannot be directly tapped. Although the pulley is made of HT250 material, care is required. Minimize pulley damage.
Third, when people knock, be sure to use a soft hammer (wood hammer or rubber hammer) to gently knock the wheel body. When the belt pulley and shaft are about to fall off, they need to be protected by wheels to prevent falling off. Remove the wheel body.
Please pay attention to the safety of the workers here, because the cone sleeve may fall off the motor shaft and cause damage to the motor. It is also dangerous to be too close.
